Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. She earned her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel had a six-year break from performing after she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. In 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age to ever be a part of history. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no expectations. She was happy by her performance. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups using machines, as well as bent-over rows. The warm-up is done prior to moving onto sets. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
