Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is a fashion actor and model American actor. He shot to fame after his appearance in Road Trip. Since then DJ Qualls has starred on 20 features such including The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. In addition, he has appeared on over 22 TV shows like Breaking Bad Supernatural Scrubs Lost Law & Order and many more. Qualls who was diagnosed at the age of 14 with Hodgkin lymphoma, is a tough fighter. After two years of treatment the cancer went into Remission. But the treatment at this early stage had a severe effect on his body, and hindered the development of his body. After he began taking on the role of an actor, financial security was the goal. He was a victim of the poverty of his youth. In an interview, he stated that if I do not have financial stability or I find myself feeling out of control in the world I will be miserable. In a conversation the interviewer also talks about his childhood. The goal of his is to stop bullying. The fact that cruel acts break his heart. He claims that his dream character would be a dad in both the real world and on film. However, he does admit that most directors do not cast him for those types of jobs. It would be wonderful to someday be the parent of his own child, at which point the time comes when he can devote much less time working and dedicate it to his child.
